I had a lovely stay at the Welks Resort. It was clean, elegant, and well-located, just a short drive to downtown Cabo and Walmart. However, I was disappointed by the lack of ocean view from my penthouse suite and the high prices for food and drinks at the resort. Overall, the experience was great thanks to the wonderful concierge who helped us with recommendations and activities.
